We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express and PayPal as methods of payment. Payment on all custom Design Your Own orders are required within 3 days of order placement.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation to insure you receive your order in a timely manner. If you prefer another method of shipping, please contact us with carrier information. A fee of $6 will be charged per Diva Sleeve and $12 per Conceal & Carry Purse for shipping.
Returns & Replacements
We like to communicate with our customers to learn in advance exactly what your likes and needs are. In the unlikely event we miss the target, we will make an exchange for you. We ask that you notify us of the return within 10 days of your purchase and prior to shipping them back. Items must be returned in the same saleable condition in which you received them. If you should decide to return an item, shipping charges will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for shipping fee to return item.

Sales Tax
We charge sales tax on products shipping to Texas (8.25%).
Design Your Own Orders
Payment for these orders is required within 3 days of placing the initial order. Should you have revisions or change your mind, you MUST notify us within the 3 days. Please allow 2-3 weeks for Design Your Own Orders as they are handmade to your specifications. We will do everything possible to get them to you in a timely manner.
Gun Safety
These warnings should be read prior to the use of MoonStruck products. All firearms are potentially dangerous weapons. Firearms should be kept out of the reach of children. Use of a handgun under any conditions may be dangerous. Serious personal injury or even death could occur without proper training in the safe handling of firearms by any accredited firearms instructor. No person should handle any firearm unless that person has successfully passed an accredited firearms safety program. Always use great care when handling, storing or transporting firearms or when placing your handgun into or removing it from your holster.
Testing a New Gun Sleeve or Holster for Proper Fit
Never place a loaded handgun into a gun sleeve or holster without first testing it, making sure the chamber is empty. Our gun sleeves and holsters are designed to fit factory manufactured handguns. The use of trigger shoes or grip adapters or any other modification may cause an improper fit and result in accidental discharge.
Carrying a Firearm
Carrying any handgun with a live cartridge in the chamber directly in front of the firing pin may cause an accidental discharge. Single action revolvers and some semi-automatic pistols should be carried with the hammer or firing pin resting on an empty chamber. It is the user’s responsibility to use extreme caution when handling or carrying any handgun and to assume the gun is loaded. Do not attempt to cock a handgun while it is on the holster. Doing do can cause damage to the gun and holster and may cause accidental discharge. For more information on how to safely carry your handgun, refer to your handgun manufacturer’s safety and instruction manual.

It is your responsibility to exercise extreme caution during any situation where another person may attempt to take your handgun. Law enforcement officers should be familiar with the departmental tactical and procedural guidelines regarding the use and carrying of firearms to potentially dangerous persons. Never place a loaded handgun into a gun sleeve or holster without first testing it, making sure the chamber is empty. Our gun sleeves and holsters are designed to fit factory manufactured handguns. The use of trigger shoes orgrip adapters or any other modification may cause an improper fit and result in accidental discharge.
